Has anyone else got into running since lockdown began?
Running 5 km each week and submitting my time to my netball team has kept me motivated to get outside each week.
Running can have many benefits:
1️⃣ Improved mood and reduce levels of anxiety- Do you ever finish a run and feel on top of the world?
2️⃣ Helps to improve muscle strength
3️⃣ Can help to relieve stress
4️⃣ Helps to strengthen bones
5️⃣ Improves cardiovascular fitness
🌳Even if running isn’t your thing movement & getting outside can still have many benefits.
